Mdina,
Malta(2019)
The
walled city of Mdina was Malta's first capital
It has an ancient history and a modern one as well. Game of Thrones fans may recognize some sites here as King's Landing and the Red Keep In 1944 my Dad wrote in his diary that he took a bus here and looked at Valletta in the distance |

met the same family in a cafe and they told us about the sites
of the Games of Thrones |

The museum documented the history of the island from Roman times through the Arabic occupation and the ascendancy of the the Knights of Malta  |

we found the location that Dad described in his diary A beautiful view of the entire countryside He wrote that he could see Valletta in the distance and the island where St Paul was shipwrecked |
