 Smiling in the Rain
100 Seniors Challenge Cicadas 
To Rule Burke Lake Park 

Although the rain dampened the annual Senior Picnic at Burke Lake Park last Friday, it didn't dampen the spirits of the 100 seniors who toughed the weather. Seniors barbequed, row boated and canoed, and played soccer and volleyball. Seniors also made a mad dash over 80 yards to grab the $20 bill from Mr. Hoover's hand, who risks his life every year in this dangerous ritual.
